I just wanted to say that this bakery makes the most delicious bread I’ve ever tasted. They sprout the grains before grinding them which greatly enhances the nutrient value of the bread. Sure, there are a few companies distributing frozen sprouted grain breads at the grocery store, but nothing beats getting it fresh from a local bakery. If you want to buy it direct, just stop by their factory at 417 Barney Street in Waukesha. Look for the building with the huge white 417 painted on the side, and stop by during regular business hours.
